Associated Estates Realty (AEC) Misses Q2 FFO by 1c

Associated Estates Realty (NYSE: AEC) reported Q2 FFO of $0.31, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.9 million.

Associated Estates Realty sees FY2014 FFO of $1.26-$1.30, versus prior guidance of $1.27-$1.31 and the consensus of $1.28.
