Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q2 FFO of $0.77, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $649.77 million versus the consensus estimate of $644.28 million.

Equity Residential sees FY2014 FFO of $3.08 - $3.12, versus prior guidance of $3.03 - $3.13 and the consensus of $3.09.
