Canadian National Railway Co (NYSE: CNI) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 5, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
