AeroVironment, Inc. (AVAV) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c; Gudes FY15 Revs to Strong Side

AeroVironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $73.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $69.62 million.

As of April 30, 2014, funded backlog (unfilled firm orders for which funding is currently appropriated to us under a customer contract) was $65.9 million compared to $59.4 million as of April 30, 2013.

AeroVironment, Inc. sees FY2015 revenue of $250 - $270 million, versus the consensus of $256.2 million.
