Progress Software Corp (NASDAQ: PRGS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.37, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.46 million.

Progress Software Corp sees Q3 2014 EPS of $0.32-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.33. Progress Software Corp sees Q3 2014 revenue of $78-81 million, versus the consensus of $79.6 million.

Progress Software Corp sees FY2014 EPS of $1.38-$1.45, versus the consensus of $1.38. Progress Software Corp sees FY2014 revenue of $331-338 million, versus the consensus of $326.3 million.
