Childrens Place (PLCE) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS; Raises FY14 EPS Outlook

Childrens Place (NASDAQ: PLCE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $410.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $407.99 million.

Comparable retail sales declined 3.6% for the first quarter 2014.

Childrens Place sees FY2014 EPS of $2.90 - $3.05, versus prior guidance of $2.85 - $3.05 and the consensus of $2.97.
