Genpact (NYSE: G) reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $528.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $527.07 million.

Genpact reaffirmed FY2014 guidance.
