Forrester Research, Inc. (FORR) Misses Q1 EPS by 5c, Offers Guidance, Increases Buyback

Forrester Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $73.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.25 million.

Forrester Research, Inc. sees FY2014 EPS of $0.93-$1.00, versus the consensus of $0.99. Forrester Research, Inc. sees FY2014 revenue of $304-312 million, versus the consensus of $309 million.

Forrester Research, Inc. sees Q2 2014 EPS of $0.29-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.32. Forrester Research, Inc. sees Q2 2014 revenue of $82.5-85.5 million, versus the consensus of $80.7 million.

The company also announced that its board of directors authorized a $25 million increase in the company’s stock repurchase program, bringing the total available repurchase authorization to approximately $45.1 million.
