Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) is planning to rename Nokia (NYSE: NOK) Oyj once the acquisition of its Devu\ices & Services assets closes.
Microsoft will rename the unit Microsoft Mobile Oy, according to CNET, and it will serve as Microsoft's mobile devices division.
Closing of the $7.2 billion deal is expected to happen by the end of April. Microsoft is modestly positive Monday morning.
