Not that Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) shareholders are complaining... but Bill Ackman is costing the company a pretty penny.
Herbalife said it has racked up $15.1 million in expenses (post-tax), "mostly legal and advisory services relating to the Company's response to information put into the marketplace by a short seller which information the Company believes to be inaccurate and misleading."
Meanwhile, shares of HLF are up 6.4% after-hours and costing Mr. Akman countless millions.
