TAL International Group, Inc. (NYSE: TAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.66.

The dividend will be payable on September 24, 2013, to stockholders of record on September 3, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
