Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH) with a Buy. PT $53.00.
"We believe the company's markets are witnessing the best sales/pricing dynamics while the company has an attractive land portfolio," the analyst said. "As a result, we expect Meritage to grow at a higher rate than peers and expect it to trade at a 15.7X on 2014E earnings vs. the peer group average of 14.9X. In addition, the company caters to a relatively higher buyer which we favor."
