Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) reported Q3 FFO of $0.21, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.21 billion.

Comparable hotel RevPAR increased 7.6%.

Sees FY2012 FFO of $1.06-1.09, versus the consensus of $1.07.
