MRC Global (NYSE: MRC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.39, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.43 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.4 billion.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $5.50-$5.65 billion, versus the consensus of $5.65 billion.
