Visteon Corp. (NYSE: VC) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.51), versus the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.86 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.88 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2011 was $154 million, a 12 percent improvement over the same period a year earlier.
