Forrester Research, Inc. (FORR) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c, Offers Weal Q1 and FY12 Guidance, Declares $0.14 Quarterly Dividend

Forrester Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.23 million.

Forrester Research, Inc. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.15-$0.19, versus the consensus of $0.27. Forrester Research, Inc. sees Q1 2012 revenue of $68.5-$71.5 million, versus the consensus of $74.39 million.

Forrester Research, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.16-$1.22, versus the consensus of $1.41. Forrester Research, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $308-$316 million, versus the consensus of $321.35 million.

Forrester also announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share payable March 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 7, 2012.
