Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM) reported Q3 EPS of $0.36, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.18 billion.
The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on February 29, 2012, to shareholders of record as at the close of business on February 1, 2012. The Board also declared all of the regular monthly and quarterly dividends on its preferred shares.
