Icon Plc (NASDAQ: ICLR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $241 million versus the consensus estimate of $239.92 million.
The Board of Directors have approved a share buy-back programme of up to $50 million to commence in Q4
For 2012, the company expects revenue growth to be 15% to 20% and EPS to be in the range of $0.90 to $1.10. The street is currently forecasting sales of $1.1 billion and ESP of $1.15 for FY12.
