Verint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195.69 million versus the consensus estimate of $191.07 million.
Verint is increasing its annual revenue growth guidance from approximately 8% to approximately 9% compared to the year ended January 31, 2011.
UPDATE: On the conference call, the company cut its FY12 EPS guidance from about $2.55 to about $2.50. The Street is currently looking for FY12 EPS of $2.56.
