Macy's (M) Tops Q2 EPS by 6c; Raises FY11 EPS Guidance For Third Time

Macy's (NYSE: M) reported Q2 EPS of $0.55, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.94 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.87 billion.

Macy's sees FY2011 EPS of $2.60-$2.65, versus prior guidance of $2.40-$2.45 and the consensus of $2.58. The company's first EPS guidance was $2.25-$2.30.
