Lincoln Educational Services (LINC) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c, Cuts FY11 Guidance, Declares $0.25 Dividend

Lincoln Educational Services (NASDAQ: LINC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $128.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.53 million.

Lincoln Educational Services sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.08-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.36. Lincoln Educational Services sees Q3 2011 revenue of $125-$130 million, versus the consensus of $145.9 million.

Lincoln Educational Services sees FY2011 EPS of $1.00-$1.25, versus the consensus of $1.62. Lincoln Educational Services sees FY2011 revenue of $500-$525 million, versus the consensus of $568.87 million.

The Board of Directors has set the record and payment dates for the dividend for the third quarter of 2011. The cash dividend of $0.25 per share will be payable on September 30, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2011.
