Olympic Steel Inc. (ZEUS) Tops Q1 EPS Views; Declares $0.02 Qtr. Dividend; 0.3% Yield

Olympic Steel Inc. (NASDAQ: ZEUS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.94, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $294.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $247.61 million.

Olympic Steel's Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share, $0.08 annualized.

The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2011, and distributed on June 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2011.

Yield on the dividend is 0.3 percent.
