TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI) announced that its Mini-Xinger® RF product portfolio has received AEC-Q200 qualification accreditation, a certification established by the Automotive Electronics Council for passive electronic components used in automotive and high-reliability applications.
The AEC-Q200 standard requires components to meet specified thresholds across temperature cycling, mechanical shock, vibration, humidity, and electrical performance testing. The qualification applies to TTM's line of directional couplers, hybrid couplers, and power dividers within its RF & Specialty Components business unit.
According to the company, the Mini-Xinger® product line has been used in satellite-based navigation technologies, GPS/GNSS systems, and telecom integrations on automotive platforms. TTM also noted the product line is being considered for commercial space applications, where thermal stability is a stated requirement.
TTM Technologies is headquartered in Santa Ana, California, and manufactures printed circuit boards, RF components, and microelectronic assemblies for aerospace, defense, automotive, and commercial wireless infrastructure markets.
