Alight names SVP to lead absence management broker relations

Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) has appointed Mary Armstrong-Flippo as Senior Vice President, Broker & Channel Partnerships, Leaves, according to a company statement.
Armstrong-Flippo will lead Alight's national leaves broker relations function and report to Steve Rush, Chief Commercial Officer. In the role, she will oversee broker and consultant relationships related to Alight's leave and absence management solutions, develop firm-specific engagement strategies, and work with commercial, product, and growth teams on client growth and market expansion.
She joins Alight from Arthur J. Gallagher, where she held the title of Senior Vice President and was recognized as a 2025 Gallagher Elite Performer. She has more than 25 years of experience in absence management, workforce productivity, broker strategy, and consultant engagement.
Armstrong-Flippo holds certifications from Cornell University in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, from the Disability Management Employer Coalition as a Certified Leave Management Specialist, and from the American Management Association.
