Ridgepost Capital names director of operations, expands client team

Ridgepost Capital, Inc. (NYSE: RPC) has appointed Wendy Reese as Director of Operations, effective June 18, 2026, and added three members to its Global Client Solutions team, according to a press release from the Dallas-based firm.

Reese brings experience in operations, program management, and enterprise governance from prior roles in financial services organizations. In her most recent position, she oversaw strategic portfolio delivery, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

"Wendy's track record of driving operational excellence and executing at scale makes her an ideal addition to Ridgepost," said Luke Sarsfield, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ridgepost Capital.

As Director of Operations, Reese will focus on operational efficiency, governance processes, and supporting the firm's platform growth.

Ridgepost also announced the recent additions of Abby Kizer, Will Lindsey, and Will Pierce to its Global Client Solutions team. The three hires are intended to strengthen the firm's client coverage and business development capabilities.

Ridgepost Capital reported approximately $45 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026, investing across private equity, private credit, and venture capital strategies.
