Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: STWD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.3 percent.
