Clover Health CEO of home-care unit steps down, no successor planned

Brady Priest notified Clover Health Investments (NASDAQ: CLOV) on June 15, 2026, of his decision to resign as Chief Executive Officer of Clover Care Services, the company's home-care business, effective July 3, 2026.
The company stated it will not appoint a successor to the position. Responsibilities previously held by Priest will be redistributed among members of the existing executive leadership team.
The company noted that Priest's departure was not the result of any disagreement over the company's operations, policies, or practices.
