Spruce Biosciences names Eric Jordan VP of marketing, Tina Gullotta VP of finance

Spruce Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRB) announced the appointment of Eric Jordan as vice president of marketing and Tina Gullotta as vice president of finance and corporate controller.
Jordan brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical and biotech marketing experience. He previously served as marketing team lead at BridgeBio and as vice president of marketing at Dompé Pharmaceuticals, where he led the U.S. launch of Oxervate for neurotrophic keratitis. Jordan also held marketing positions at Aimmune Therapeutics, ZS Pharma, and Genentech.
Gullotta has more than 25 years of senior finance experience in life sciences. She most recently served as vice president of finance at Frontier Medicines Corporation. Previously, she was vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at Sunesis Pharmaceuticals and senior director of corporate controller at Atara Biotherapeutics.
The appointments come as the South San Francisco-based company prepares for potential FDA approval and commercial launch of its lead product candidate, tralesinidase alfa enzyme replacement therapy, for treating Sanfilippo syndrome type B. The therapy has received breakthrough therapy designation, rare pediatric disease designation, fast track designation and orphan drug designation from the FDA.
As part of their employment agreements, both executives received restricted stock unit grants for 3,500 shares of common stock on June 15, 2026. The awards will vest over four years with 25% vesting annually, subject to continued employment.
