NVIDIA sets annual stockholder meeting for June 24

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held online on June 24 at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, according to a company statement.

The virtual meeting will take place at a designated web platform. Stockholders will need their control number from their notice or proxy card to access the meeting and participate in voting and question submission. Non-stockholders may attend as guests through online registration.

The voting matters for the meeting are detailed in the company's proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 12, 2026. The proxy statement is available on the company's website.

A webcast replay of the annual meeting will be available for one year following the event, until June 24, 2027.
