Investing.com - General Motors Defense LLC (NYSE: GM) was awarded a $142,985,392 firm-fixed-price contract by the U.S. Department of War for infantry squad vehicles and winch kits, the department announced Thursday.
The contract brings the total cumulative face value to $623,769,043. Three bids were received after solicitation via the internet.
Work locations and funding will be determined with each order. The estimated completion date is June 24, 2027.
Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity. The contract number is W912CH-26-F-0339.
