Investing.com - Teradyne Inc. (NYSE: TER) has been awarded a $139,903,994 firm-fixed-price requirements contract by the U.S. Department of War for versatile diagnostic automatic test station kits, the department announced today.
The contract provides for kits required to assemble standardized, commercially available test equipment, components, and software. Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
The project is expected to be completed by June 12, 2031. The contract was a sole source acquisition.
No funds are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Sustainment Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
The contract number is FA857926D0004. Teradyne is based in North Reading, Massachusetts.
