TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET) announced that its HR Plus Administrative Services Organization solution has surpassed 40,000 users since launching last year. The Dublin, California-based human resources services provider also introduced new features for the platform.
The enhancements include a pre-built integration with Employee Navigator as an add-on option, allowing broker partners to work within their existing system or use TriNet's native benefits administration platform. The company added AI-powered support for administrators and employees, providing direct access to assistance with pay stub inquiries, password resets, and document retrieval.
TriNet introduced new talent and organizational development services that offer strategic support for small and medium-sized businesses navigating workforce challenges. The company also launched specialized service packages called Payroll Pro and People Pro, which provide dedicated payroll tax expertise and strategic talent support respectively.
"HR Plus has experienced remarkable growth and reached the milestone of supporting more than 40,000 users since its launch last year, reflecting the demand for a more agile and modern way to access the HR expertise and technology organizations need to grow," said Chris Winslow, Vice President of ASO at TriNet.
The company plans to expand HR Plus further, including a leave of absence offering that will use technology from Cocoon, a leave management company TriNet recently announced it would acquire.
TriNet provides human resources solutions including employee benefits, payroll administration, and compliance consulting for small and medium-sized businesses.
