Victory Capital reports total client assets of $342.4 billion for may

Victory Capital Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) reported total client assets of $342.4 billion as of May 31, 2026, according to a company statement. This represents an increase from $332.6 billion in April 2026.

The San Antonio-based asset management firm reported total assets under management of $338.9 billion and other assets of $3.6 billion for May. Average total assets under management for the month was $333.6 billion.

The company's assets are distributed across multiple asset classes, with solutions representing the largest category at $104.5 billion, followed by fixed income at $81.2 billion and U.S. large cap equity at $67.5 billion. Global and non-U.S. equity assets totaled $36.8 billion.

By investment vehicle, mutual funds comprised $180.8 billion of total assets under management, while separate accounts and other pooled vehicles accounted for $139.5 billion. Exchange-traded funds represented $18.5 billion of the total.

Geographically, U.S. assets totaled $280.6 billion, while non-U.S. assets were $61.8 billion as of May 31, 2026.
