This statement is filed by Kingdom Capital Advisors, LLC ("KCA") a Virginia limited liability company and registered investment advisor, and David Bastian and Kurt Cooper. Each of the foregoing is referred to as a "Reporting Person" and collectively as the "Reporting Persons." Mr. Bastian and Mr. Cooper are co-owners and managers of KCA and may be deemed to beneficially own the Class A Common Stock, par value $.001 per share (the Shares), of Beasley Broadcast Group Inc.
