ATI names Rob Rengel as vice president of investor relations

ATI Inc. (NYSE: ATI) appointed Rob Rengel as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective June 22, 2026, according to a company statement. Rengel will succeed David Weston, who retires July 3, 2026.
Rengel joins ATI from Caterpillar Inc., where he served as Senior Director of Investor Relations. During his 19-year career at Caterpillar, he held finance leadership positions including corporate financial planning and analysis, treasury, debt capital markets, risk management and dealer finance.
The company also announced that Adam Pechart returned to the investor relations team as Director of Investor Relations. Pechart previously served as Manager of Investor Relations, Treasury and Risk Management from 2018 to 2022 before leading financial planning and analysis for ATI Forged Products.
Rengel will report to James R. Foster, Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Saint Louis University.
"Rob brings a proven track record of building strong relationships with investors and communicating complex business strategies to drive understanding and long-term shareholder value," Foster stated in the announcement.
ATI produces materials and solutions for aerospace, defense and specialty energy markets. The Dallas-based company operates globally, focusing on high-performance materials through proprietary process technologies.
