SalesCloser Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: SCAI) announced it has engaged a major North American hotel as its first commercial customer in the hospitality sector. The hotel is part of one of the world's ten largest hotel companies, according to the company's statement.
The Vancouver-based AI software company is deploying its voice agents to automate after-hours room service operations at the 270-room beachfront resort. The system integrates directly with the Oracle Hospitality point-of-sale platform to process guest orders without manual intervention.
The AI agents answer guest calls, capture order details including items, modifications, room numbers and timing, then submit orders in real time to the resort's kitchen. The deployment targets operational workflows that previously required dedicated overnight staffing.
SalesCloser's platform was originally designed for sales conversations but is being adapted for guest service operations including reservations, room service, concierge services and after-hours response. The company plans to use this deployment as a reference point for expansion into the broader hotel and resort market.
The company operates under a subscription-based software model and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange. SalesCloser's technology focuses on voice-first interaction, multilingual capabilities and integration with enterprise systems.
