Chatham Lodging declares quarterly dividends for common and preferred shares

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) announced its board of trustees declared a quarterly common share dividend of $0.10 per share and a quarterly preferred share dividend of $0.41406 per preferred share.

Both dividends are payable on July 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2026, according to the company's statement.
