Eightco Holdings reports $437 million in total holdings

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) reported total holdings of approximately $437 million as of June 3, 2026, according to a company statement.

The holdings include a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million investment in Beast Industries, and $1 million in Mythical Games. The company also holds 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens valued at $0.55 each and 16,278 Ethereum (ETH), along with approximately $142 million in cash and stablecoins.

The OpenAI investment represents approximately 21% of Eightco's treasury holdings, while the Worldcoin position accounts for about 36%. The company stated it holds approximately 8.4% of WLD's circulating supply.

"The market is witnessing one of the largest technology investment cycles in history as AI reshapes industries, business models, and the global economy," said Thomas Lee, a board member of Eightco.

Eightco positions itself around artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy sectors. The company's Worldcoin holdings relate to World's Proof of Human network, which uses Orb devices to verify users are humans rather than AI agents. Beast Industries operates digital content properties including MrBeast's YouTube channel.

The announcement comes amid reports that OpenAI and Anthropic are preparing initial public offerings. Alphabet announced plans to raise up to $80 billion for AI-related investments, according to the company statement.

Eightco's investors include Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BMNR), World Foundation, CoinFund, and Pantera Capital.
