Cybeats secures enterprise contract for SBOM security platform
Cybeats Technologies Corp. (CSE: CYBT) (OTCQB: CYBCF) announced it signed an enterprise agreement to deploy its SBOM Studio platform with a global industrial software company. The Toronto-based company provides software supply-chain security and SBOM management solutions.
The contract represents part of Cybeats' strategy to leverage enterprise network effects within industrial technology ecosystems. The company stated that successful deployments with large organizations create channels to onboard associated enterprise accounts.
"Securing this partnership is a strong validation of SBOM Studio's technical maturity and enterprise scalability," said Dmitry Raidman, CTO of Cybeats. "As industrial software environments become more complex, organizations need continuous software supply chain visibility that can be operationalized across teams, products, and customers."
The agreement comes as regulatory pressures increase globally around security of industrial control systems and operational technology. Critical infrastructure operators and software vendors face growing requirements to provide verifiable Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs).
SBOM Studio offers features including AI-driven SBOM enrichment, real-time vulnerability monitoring, regulatory compliance tools, and scalable enterprise deployment capabilities. The platform serves sectors including energy, healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, and defense.
The company did not disclose the financial terms of the contract or identify the specific customer. Information is based on a company press release.
