Invesco High Income Trust II names new portfolio managers

Invesco High Income Trust II (NYSE: VLT) announced changes to its portfolio management team effective June 3, 2026.

Thomas Moore and Rahim Shad will jointly manage the fund's day-to-day portfolio operations. Moore, who holds the CFA designation, has worked with Invesco Asset Management Limited and its affiliates since 2016. Shad has been associated with Invesco and its affiliates since 2009.

Moore began managing the VLT fund in 2026, while Shad started managing the fund in 2021, according to the company's announcement.

Invesco High Income Trust II is managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc., a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. The parent company manages $2.2 trillion in assets as of March 31, 2026, and serves clients in more than 120 countries.
