TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT) announced it received several long-term maintenance, repair and overhaul contracts with international commercial and cargo airline customers worth approximately $45 million over contract terms spanning 5 to 10 years.
The agreements include support for auxiliary power unit platforms under TAT's original equipment manufacturer authorization and maintenance services for heat exchangers. The contracts expand the company's presence in the global commercial aviation aftermarket.
TAT also disclosed the sale of its minority interest in an unconsolidated entity, which is expected to generate a one-time pre-tax gain of approximately $4 million in the second quarter of 2026.
"These new long-term contracts represent another important successful milestone in our global sales efforts," said Igal Zamir, TAT's CEO and President. "We continue to see strong demand across our MRO operations, supported by healthy booking activity and increasing engagement from both existing and new airline customers worldwide."
The company provides services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries, offering heat transfer solutions, aviation accessories, and maintenance services for various aircraft components. TAT's Limco subsidiary operates an FAA-certified repair station providing heat transfer maintenance services for airlines, air cargo carriers, maintenance service centers and military customers.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
