UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) shareholders re-elected all current directors at the company's annual meeting, according to a company statement. The re-elected directors include Charles Baker, Timothy Flynn, Paul Garcia, Kristen Gil, Scott Gottlieb, M.D., Stephen Hemsley, F. William McNabb III, Valerie Montgomery Rice, M.D. and John Noseworthy, M.D.
Shareholders approved an advisory resolution on executive compensation and ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm. A shareholder proposal requesting the board chair be independent was voted down.
The board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $2.32 per share, payable June 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026.
