WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) announced the launch of its AI Workforce Transformation solution designed to help companies implement artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and workforce performance.
The solution incorporates WTW's proprietary data on jobs, skills and work processes, along with two AI-enabled diagnostic tools. WorkVue Agent analyzes automation potential across organizational roles, while ChangeVue identifies areas ready for AI adoption to determine implementation priorities.
WTW applied its WorkVue Agent to analyze 900 O*NET occupations, revealing varying automation potential across different job categories. The analysis found 60-70% of tasks in structured roles like operations and administrative functions could be automated, up to 75% of repeatable tasks in industrial and frontline positions, and 20-35% of tasks in professional and judgment-intensive roles.
The solution offers multiple entry points to address different client needs, including identifying areas where AI can deliver productivity gains, redesigning jobs, and aligning roles and compensation structures.
"AI Workforce Transformation gives C-suite leaders the evidence they need to add AI where it drives the most productivity and growth, and to move faster than competitors who are still guessing," said Julie Gebauer, President of WTW's Health, Wealth & Career.
Shai Ganu, global Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice leader, stated that boards require precision rather than theory on AI implementation. Suzanne McAndrew, global Employee Experience business leader, emphasized the importance of managing the human experience during AI transformation.
The solution is co-led by McAndrew and Ganu, who WTW described as senior leaders in workforce effectiveness.
