Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT) announced it received orders totaling over $105 million from two customers for semiconductor inspection and metrology systems supporting artificial intelligence applications.
The company received a $55 million multi-system order from a tier-1 outsourced semiconductor assembly and test provider (OSAT) and orders exceeding $50 million for Hawk systems from a high bandwidth memory manufacturer. Both orders support AI-related applications and are scheduled for delivery in 2027.
"The continued flow of orders reflects the exciting momentum that we have experienced since the beginning of the year," said Rafi Amit, Camtek's CEO. "These new orders are a great example of the two themes we have stressed in previous announcements: one is the strengthening of the OSAT business with respect to the 2.5D and 3D AI related devices and the other is the superior capabilities of the Hawk to meet the most demanding requirements of HBM manufacturing."
Camtek develops and manufactures inspection and metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. The company's systems inspect integrated circuits and measure features on wafers during semiconductor device production, covering front-end and mid-end processes up to the beginning of assembly.
The Israel-based company serves semiconductor market segments including advanced interconnect packaging, heterogeneous integration, memory and HBM, CMOS image sensors, compound semiconductors, MEMS, and RF applications. Camtek operates manufacturing facilities in Israel and Germany with eight offices worldwide.
