Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) announced that board member Dmitri Stockton notified the company's Board of Directors on May 26, 2026, that he will not stand for reelection at the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders.
Stockton's decision was not the result of any disagreement with the company, its operations, policies, or practices, according to the statement. He will continue to serve the remainder of his current term, which expires at the 2027 annual meeting.
Stockton has served on Deere's board for nearly 12 years. The board expressed appreciation for his service and contributions to the company and indicated he will continue in his role through the 2027 annual meeting.
