Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO) announced the launch of SKIL Power Tools and an expansion of its electrical product assortment across stores. The rural lifestyle retailer added over 30 SKIL tools and accessories in stores with additional products available online.
The SKIL lineup includes a flip drill, circular saw, impact driver and stapler, featuring brushless motors and universal USB-C charging compatibility. The tools come with a 5-year warranty and use a single-battery system across multiple devices. An exclusive SKIL grease gun designed for Tractor Supply customers will launch later this summer.
Tractor Supply also redesigned its electrical aisle, adding 188 new products from brands including Klein Tools, Leviton, GE, Kidde and Coast. The updated section organizes products around project-based solutions covering electrical devices, testing tools, power cords, lighting and fire preparedness equipment.
"We continue to see customers taking on more repair, maintenance and improvement projects themselves," said Randall Dodds, Senior Vice President and General Merchandising Manager at Tractor Supply. "The addition of SKIL and the expansion of our electrical assortment reflect how Tractor Supply is evolving to better serve those project-driven customers."
The company will host Father's Day events at all locations on June 13, where families can personalize tackle boxes. Tractor Supply plans to hold its Tool Days seasonal event later this summer, featuring deals across tool categories.
Tractor Supply operates 2,435 stores in 49 states and 206 Petsense locations in 23 states as of March 28, according to the company statement.
