Rezolve Ai PLC (NASDAQ: RZLV) reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million, representing a 7.5x increase from the $46.8 million reported in fiscal 2025.
The AI-powered commerce solutions company generated approximately $60 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2026, exceeding its entire revenue for the full year 2025. The company now serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers globally.
Rezolve Ai operates three main technology platforms: brainpowa, an AI model designed for commerce applications; TraceWare, which validates agentic workflows across multiple AI models; and agentic payment infrastructure for AI-enabled transactions.
"What is driving that growth for Rezolve Ai is the volume of new clients coming to us and the speed at which they are moving from initial deployment into full production at scale," said Daniel M. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer.
The company has established partnerships with Microsoft, Google and Tata Consulting Services to support enterprise deployment. TraceWare technology has received peer-reviewed validation confirming 99.5% to 100% user-state accuracy, according to the company.
Rezolve Ai cited industry forecasts suggesting AI and agentic commerce could mediate between $3 trillion and $5 trillion of global commerce by 2030 within the approximately $30 trillion global retail industry.
The information is based on a company press release statement. The company trades on NASDAQ under the ticker RZLV.
