DA Davidson adds NVIDIA (NVDA) to Best-of-Breed Bilson List

DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria reiterated a Buy rating and $300.00 price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) and added the stock to the Best-of-Breed Bilson List.

The analyst commented, "We are adding NVIDIA (NVDA; BUY-rated) to D.A. Davidson's Best-of-Breed Bison list, an effort to identify high-quality companies in our firm's coverage universe. To qualify for the list, a company must meet 8 or more of 12 factors that suggest long-term quality, with NVIDIA passing 10 of these criteria, which we highlight in our note.

According to the firm, NVIDIA has:

Sizeable market with favorable long-term trends

Robust, steady, and predictable revenue streams

Sustainable competitive edge with dominant or improving market position

High margins

Strong ROE performance

strong net cash flows

clean balance sheet

strong track record of high performance; avoids 'herd mentality' and fads

prudent stewardship of company resources and sound use of cash decisions

Demonstrates transparency with shareholders and employees."
