New Era Energy to participate in four conferences, expects Russell index inclusion

New Era Energy & Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAI) announced it will participate in four investor and industry conferences in June 2026, according to a company press release.
The Midland, Texas-based digital infrastructure developer said President and Chief Operating Officer Charles Nelson will speak at the Datacloud Global Congress in Cannes, France from June 2-4. The company also plans to participate in the Macquarie Group AI Infrastructure Conference in New York on June 10, the Maxim Group AI Data Center Virtual Summit on June 11, and the Bank of America Commodity Research Conference on June 15-16.
New Era expects to be added to the Russell 3000 Index and Russell Microcap Index as part of the 2026 Russell US Indexes annual reconstitution, effective after U.S. markets open on June 29, 2026. The company cited a preliminary list of additions posted by FTSE Russell.
The company develops data centers across energy-rich U.S. markets to support artificial intelligence training and inference workloads. Its flagship project, Texas Critical Data Centers, spans 492 acres in the Permian Basin with anticipated capacity scaling to 1.4 gigawatts over time.
New Era's business model combines large-acreage sites with flexible power solutions, including behind-the-meter power generation. The company uses a modular, phased data center deployment approach designed for hyperscale, enterprise and edge operators.
