Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on Dell (NYSE: DELL) to $500.00 (from $435.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Reiterate Outperform, no change to ests as we raise our PT to $500 (prior: $435), 27x our F28E EPS (prior: 24x) as we see DELL well positioned in the AI and traditional server markets to benefit from the rise of agentic AI. We note its traditional server business also seeing tailwinds from 14G to 18G rack upgrades, while storage driving strength with PowerStore driving 3x density vs. prior gen and PC stronger than expected with commercial upgrades slowly ramping despite memory/CPU/HDD storages."
